Simple Nutrition Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from visitors. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง 512).

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe material on simplenutritionhub.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact at contact@simplenutritionhub.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” The notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that do not include these items may not be actionable. Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can create legal liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.

What happens next?

When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may forward a copy of the notice to the person who published the content.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address, including:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. The material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we can be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeatedly found to infringe the copyrights of others.

Original content

We aim to publish original work. If you find content on our site that was copied from your website, please report it using the process above and include links to both pages.
